Our bodies get roasted and dark. During holidays, spent tanning by the water, we have the possibility to feel our own carnality.”

Site-specific exhibition Zvestovania Panny Marie, Bratislava, Slovak Republic

Produced with students from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design

Funding provided by Central European Foundation, J.W. Fulbright Commission and Pamela Miller

Human Nature was produced as a final project for an arts administration course that I taught at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava, Slovak Republic. Each student worked as either a curator, in development, public relations, community outreach, or as technical support staff. Throughout the project, the various groups came together to work as team. The opening event was attended by over 300 people and was covered by print and television media throughout Slovakia.
