Multi-platform, media project addressing youth gun violence in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Washington DC and Chicago produced in response to increased youth gun violence in American schools. Designed with Mark Randall / World Studio. Objectives included: Understand what students were experiencing and thinking, train students in media literacy and then give them a public, media platform to communicate their thoughts, connect the project to government officials working to reduce gun violence in their communities, and create public programs and violence mediation workshops throughout the US to expand the reach and impact of the project. Led workshops in design, media literacy and violence prevention. Managed collaborating teams as they created billboards, transit posters and work for exhibition and publication. Worked with and built partnerships between government agencies, media, non-profits, and other partners to produce public events, including large civic parade in Chicago and community forums on gun violence prevention.
