"Yet, Ukrainian culture prevails, as museum officials around the country re-classify art long misidentified as Russian as Ukrainian, as Ukrainian curators risk their lives to move and store art and cultural artifacts, as filmmakers make films , composers write scores and designers, as architects are imagining and planning for the rebuilding of a free, autonomous Ukraine and as poets tell the story of their country in the ways that only poetry can."
